We are always open to commercial real estate opportunities of $1 million and up. However, we are not interested in any "buy rehab and flip" deals. If the investment has anything to do with a "condo-conversion" or a single family residence or a row house we are also not interested. We are also not interested in development deals or ground-up construction.
